About "The Water Front" (50 minutes):
Highland Park, an urban inner suburb of Detroit, went through a massive economic bust when the car companies downsized and when Chrysler's headquarters moved away. In an effort to make up the difference, water bills went sky-high. Find out how a threat to water supply, on the banks of one of the biggest fresh water sources in the continent, mobilized the residents to action. Could it happen in our neck of the woods?
